Atasha Muhlach made a heartfelt return to ‘Eat Bulaga’ on July 30, delighting longtime viewers and Dabarkads after a months-long hiatus to work on her first digital series, ‘Bad Genius’.

The young actress and TV host, daughter of Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzalez, graced the noontime show’s 46th anniversary special with an energetic dance number set to Paul Russell’s viral hit ‘Lil Boo Thang.’
Her return was met with warm cheers from the studio audience and her fellow hosts.
After her performance, an emotional Atasha addressed the Dabarkads and expressed how much she missed being on the show. “I missed all of you so much. Eat Bulaga doesn’t feel like work, it feels like home,” she said. “Coming back today to celebrate this special day that you guys worked so hard for, I super love you all.”
She continued, “You guys deserve all the love and celebration talaga. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable being me.”
As she held back tears, co-host Vic Sotto playfully teased her about her new look, particularly her bangs, adding a lighthearted moment to her emotional comeback.
Atasha originally joined ‘Eat Bulaga’ in 2023 but took a break from hosting duties to focus on ‘Bad Genius’, her first major acting project. In a past interview, she explained her decision: “I want to give my 100% to the project. But my love for the Dabarkads is forever and always there, and I love them so much. We need to finish this show first. Let’s finish the promo.”
