Star Magic has broken its silence over the ongoing online harassment faced by ‘Pinoy Big Brother: Gen 11’ big winner Fyang Smith, issuing a strong statement on Saturday, July 20, against the spread of edited videos and images targeting their young talent.

“It has come to our attention that maliciously edited videos and images of our talent, Fyang Smith, have been circulating online,” Star Magic said in its official statement.
The agency stressed that these materials are “deliberate and damaging” and that they are not taking the matter lightly. “The welfare of our talents is our top priority, and we intend to pursue legal action against the perpetrators and anyone who posts, distributes, or duplicates these videos and images.”
They further appealed to the public to stop engaging with or reposting the fake content: “We would like to appeal to everyone to stop sharing or engaging with these fake photos and videos on social media.”
“Everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, even on social media,” the statement concluded.
While Smith herself has yet to issue a personal response, the 19-year-old has received strong backing from her fans and management team. According to Star Magic, the spliced videos in circulation have been taken out of context or maliciously edited to misrepresent the rising star’s personality.
Despite the online noise, Smith’s career continues to gain momentum. Her on-screen partnership with JM Ibarra has been met with overwhelming support, with their digital series ‘Ghosting’ drawing massive views on the iWant app.
