Easy Brand Fair 2025 Returns With Bigger Lineup, More Innovation

The Easy Brand Food and Beverage Fair 2025 gathered thousands of food entrepreneurs, professionals, and innovators on July 27, 2025, at Function Rooms 1 and 2 of the SMX Convention Center Manila. The annual event, now in its third year, was organized by Top Chefs Food Supplies Inc. and promised a jam-packed day of business opportunities, product demonstrations, and culinary competitions designed to help local MSMEs grow smarter and faster. Originally launched in 2023, the fair highlights how Easy Brand products serve as premium, time-saving ingredients for food and beverage businesses. This year’s edition anticipated over 4,000 participants and 11 brand partners, but it surpassed expectations with more than 8,000 attendees, all enjoyed with free admission.

“Kaya tayo may ganitong event is gusto ko talagang i-showcase and ma-highlight ang lahat ng products,” said Founder and President, Mark Wang. “With easy, di kelangan mahal para maging quality” he added.

A key feature that sets this event apart is its interactive format. Instead of the typical static booths, Easy Brand’s fair includes hands-on demos and free training sessions, from crafting the perfect milk tea or frappe to mastering chicken wings and soft-serve ice cream businesses. Attendees will also have the opportunity to taste-test not only the full range of products but also discover exciting new innovations from Easy Brand, including:

Easy Whipmate – A non-dairy cream for whipping and baking

Easy Signature Coffee Beans – Featuring Atok, Tublay, and 50/50 House blends

Easy Signature Yuzu Flavored Syrup

Easy Signature Coffee Jelly

EasyPro Cheese Sauce Celebrity guest Matteo Guidicelli, a food enthusiast and entrepreneur himself, will headline the event, alongside beloved culinary icon Chef Boy Logro, and other Easy Brand ambassadors, including Chef Zhe Jacinto, Chef CJ Dy, and Chef Bam Piencenaves.

“What’s inspiring is that Easy Brand is a local Filipino brand… very easy, very good quality ,” said Matteo Guidicelli. “Partner with trusted suppliers, it is very important to have a trusted, quality, and credible supplier… Easy is new and a trusted brand, ” he added. “You can do what you really want as long as you have your Easy Pro Brand… You’ll never go wrong with your business,” said Chef Boy Logro.

Among the crowd-pulling segments are the Easy Culinary Cup, Spirited Conversations: Beverage Competition, and the Sparkle and Shine Cake Creation Contest Season 5, along with Espresso Yourself and the debut of The Battle Begins Now: Whipmate to Perfection Competition. Guest speakers will also share insights on food trends, sustainability, and small business growth strategies. The fair also highlights the importance of supporting MSMEs by offering practical business guidance and access to cost-effective, reliable ingredients specifically designed for fast-paced kitchens, cloud kitchens, and mobile food setups.

After its successful event in Manila, Easy Brand is preparing to launch its first-ever Cebu edition next year, as part of its effort to connect with more entrepreneurs across the country.
