Social media influencer and reggae artist Elias J. TV (real name Elias Lintucan Jr.) is facing serious allegations from his former manager Beverly Pumicpic Labadlabad, who announced her intent to file estafa and breach of contract charges against him over unpaid commissions and unauthorized performances.

In a press conference held at Century Park Hotel Manila, Labadlabad—accompanied by lawyers Atty. Ferdinand Topacio and Atty. Ivan Patrick Ang—addressed both the legal dispute and the viral rumors suggesting a romantic relationship between her and Elias.
“He’s like a younger brother to me,” Labadlabad clarified, firmly denying any romantic involvement with the singer.
“Close communication is necessary in a manager-talent relationship. I am a married woman, and I am not a homewrecker,” she added, dismissing accusations of being a “mang-aagaw.”
The controversy began when affectionate photos of Elias and Labadlabad surfaced online, sparking speculation and online backlash—especially from fans who questioned their closeness. Others suggested that Elias’s partner, Abegail Cariquitan, had reasons to feel jealous.
Labadlabad said she attempted to address the matter privately with Abegail during a trip to Cebu, but the situation reportedly worsened afterward.
“I met with her to explain everything is strictly professional, but tensions didn’t ease,” she shared.
The manager-talent partnership between Elias and Labadlabad began on April 2, 2025, and according to Labadlabad, things began to sour due to jealousy issues and unapproved professional decisions.
She revealed that Elias allegedly accepted gigs and shows without her knowledge or consent, violating the terms of their agreement. In addition, she said several commissions remain unpaid, prompting her to pursue legal action in Manila court next week.

The rift reportedly also led to missed media commitments. Labadlabad claimed that Elias backed out of a scheduled guesting on ‘Fast Talk with Boy Abunda’ last July 10 after allegedly being barred by Abegail from leaving their hometown in Mindanao. Prior to that, he also skipped an ABS-CBN interview, supposedly opting to sleep instead.
With a U.S. tour scheduled for next month, Labadlabad expressed concern that the ongoing conflict could jeopardize their international commitments.
As of writing, Elias J. TV has yet to publicly respond to the estafa claims or the controversy surrounding his personal and professional life.
