Brigiding shines once again as she secures her third RuBadge of the season in the 9th episode of Drag Race Philippines: Slaysian Royale. The queen, known for her radiant energy and fierce artistry, continues to prove her dedication and consistency, solidifying her place as a top contender in the competition. With this win, Brigiding becomes only the second queen to earn three RuBadges in a single season on Drag Race Philippines, next to Maxie.
The episode opened with heartfelt kikitime moments between the queens, Mama Pao, and Kaladkaren, as they looked back on their journeys and shared lessons from the competition. Brigiding’s emotional exchange stood out as she reflected on her first season—how being humbled by her past experiences shaped her into a stronger, more grounded performer ready to rise again.
For this week’s maxi challenge, the queens were tasked to write and record verses to “High Time” by REYN4—the newly formed girl group composed of Marina Summers, Maxie Andreison, Precious Paula Nicole, and Captivating Katkat. Coming from a season that challenged her both personally and creatively, Brigiding shared how she learned to stay rooted and strong amid the highs and lows of her drag journey. In her self-written lyrics, she declared: “I’ve been through the fire, I’ve been through the storm. Rubirth. Rubranded. I was born to transform.”

For the runway, the queens served pure glamour under the category of “Award Giving Body-yodi-yodies.” Brigiding presented her self-created award, “Kikinang Ina,” a powerful symbol of hope, self-love, and resilience. In her moving narration, she reflected on the strength found in second chances and the beauty of shared light. “This award,” she shared, “is a reminder that the shining light is already within you—and that same light can guide others to find their own. As a drag mother, I shine not to outshine, but to illuminate the way for my sisters and the next generation to sparkle even brighter. Kikinang Ina ako. Kikinang Ina ka rin.”

Brigiding ultimately claimed her fifth challenge win and third RuBadge, earning another defining moment in her journey. “I didn’t expect this win at all,” Brigiding shared. “This experience taught me that humility makes you stronger. Every challenge has reminded me to be grateful, grounded, and brave enough to shine again. I dedicate this to everyone who believed in me and everyone who helped me find my light.” Through it all, she has shown that rebirth can come from grace and staying grounded through every challenge.
The episode ended on a high note as Viñas Deluxe and Suki Doll battled it out in a powerful lip-sync to “Power” by Morissette, with both queens earning their spot in the grand finale.
