Among the highlights is the Quezon Club Salad — a refined mix of Parma ham, duck confit, grapes, apples, and mesclun greens drizzled with yogurt dressing. The dish embodies the restaurant’s signature balance of comfort and sophistication.
Over at the bar, Head Bartender Martin Protacio leads the beverage program, curating cocktails inspired by local artistry and Filipino craftsmanship. Each drink blends timeless recipes with inventive twists, complemented by a refined wine selection and non-alcoholic creations for every palate.
