Actress Claudine Barretto made headlines anew after posting a series of strong statements on social media against a woman she accused of being the “side chick” of her rumored boyfriend, Milano Sanchez, who happens to be the brother of veteran broadcaster Korina Sanchez.
In her now-viral Instagram post, Claudine directly addressed the woman, identified only as Patti, calling her out for allegedly meddling in Milano’s past relationship.
“You really won’t stop? YOU WERE JUST HIS SIDE CHICK THEN,” Claudine began. “YOU DESTROYED RITA & MILANO. RITA WAS THE GIRLFRIEND. YOU HAVE & WILL ALWAYS BE THE CRAZY, BITTER, SIDE CHICK WHO CAN’T MOVE ON.”
The actress went on to claim that the woman had been harassing her and Milano.
“GIRL YOU THINK YOU’RE CRAZY? HARASSING US EVERY SINGLE DAY & YET YOU ARE NOT DONE? YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT CRAZY IS,” Claudine wrote.
She ended her post with a warning, telling the woman to stop making false claims and calling Milano.
“THIS WILL BE MY FINAL WARNING. I WANTED PEACE, YOU WANT WAR. THAT I PROMISE U I WILL GIVE YOU. JUST HOPE YOU CAN HANDLE THE HEAT. Oh STOP LYING ABOUT MILANO & STOP CALLING! YOU’RE INSANE!”
In a follow-up post, Claudine added another message: “YOUR THREE HOURS OF FAME ARE UP! FEELING THE HEAT? IKAW MAMILI.”
The online post quickly drew mixed reactions from netizens — some advising Claudine to ignore the issue and protect her peace, while others applauded her for standing her ground.
Just last month, Claudine made waves after posting sweet photos with Milano on Instagram, hinting at a budding romance. Although she has yet to officially confirm their relationship, fans noted their affectionate gestures online.
Milano also fueled speculation when he shared a photo of Claudine with the caption: “The courtship starts now. No matter how long it takes, I will wait. No one will ever break you again.”
As of writing, neither Milano nor the woman mentioned by Claudine has issued any public response.
