Netizens were stunned after actress Claudine Barretto appeared in a Facebook live video singing ‘Alapaap’ by the Eraserheads — with none other than her personal assistant, Marisol Acap, behind the camera.
The livestream, posted on Marisol’s Facebook account, also showed Claudine enjoying a swimming session with her children — a sharp contrast to the serious allegations the actress made against her PA just weeks ago.
In late January 2026, Claudine went live on Facebook and directly accused Marisol of kidnapping her children — Sabina, Santino, and Quia.
“This is not a joke,” Claudine declared at the time. “This is very serious. Marisol, ibalik mo ang mga anak ko dito… Inaantay ka na ng NBI dito.”
She gave her PA a 15-minute ultimatum and warned that authorities would intervene if her children were not returned. Claudine also accused Marisol and several fans of allegedly conspiring against her and using her name to extort money.
In a separate post, she shared a screenshot allegedly from her daughter Sabina pleading: “Ate Sol, please surrender yourself to the authorities. You took Noah, Quia, and I…”
Claudine even posted a notarized promissory note dated 2023 showing an alleged ₱5,000,000 debt owed by Marisol, writing: “Pinatawad kita sa pang nanakaw mo. Pero etong ginawa nyo MAGBABAYAD KAYO!!!”
Shortly after the explosive posts, the issue suddenly quieted down — coinciding with the passing of Mommy Inday Barretto.
Now, seeing Claudine and Marisol seemingly together again — with no visible tension — has left fans both confused and relieved.
Many supporters expressed happiness that the two appear to have reconciled, while others are asking for clarity about what truly happened.
As of this writing, neither Claudine nor Marisol has publicly explained how they resolved the issue.
