Global pop artist, songwriter and creative force Troye Sivan ushers in a new era with the release of “She’s the Best,” the title track from his forthcoming fourth studio album. She’s the Best arrives October 9, 2026, marking Sivan’s first new music since signing with Interscope Records. Written by Sivan, Leland, George Daniel, Jack Antonoff and Styalz Fuego, the track begins with spoken verses before guitars, strings and synths build toward an euphoric release.
Cool, understated and cheeky while remaining tender at its core, “She’s the Best” celebrates the women, especially trans women, drag queens, feminine-presenting people and the feminine spirit that have shaped Sivan’s life and creativity. Filipino fans can listen to “She’s the Best” now and pre-order the forthcoming album ahead of its October release.

Accompanying the single is a striking new music video that reunites Sivan with director Gordon von Steiner, following their acclaimed collaborations on “One of Your Girls,” “Got Me Started” and “Rush.” Inspired by the spirit of 1980s queer New York, the visual combines hyper-feminine imagery, glamour, sensuality and fluid expressions of femininity through an editorial, high-fashion lens. Adding to the moment is acclaimed Australian actress Nicole Kidman, who makes a cinematic appearance in the video. Her appearance brings together two celebrated Australian cultural figures in Sivan’s latest visual world. The “She’s the Best” music video is available to watch now alongside the single’s global release.
The new single also introduces Sivan’s anticipated fourth studio album, She’s the Best, an immersive project designed to be watched as much as it is heard. Across the record, Sivan explores desire, identity, joy, loneliness and queer belonging with emotional honesty. The project embraces contradictions, capturing him at his biggest and smallest, most masculine and feminine, and most connected and isolated. Sivan describes the album as a portrait of his life in all its moods and colours, encompassing both the exhilarating highs of recent years and the solitude and longing beneath them. He calls it the truest and most creative version of himself he has shared to date.
For more than a decade, Sivan has established himself as one of contemporary pop’s defining artists, building a career that spans music, fashion, film and culture. His catalogue has amassed more than 15.5 billion global streams, alongside nine Billboard Hot 100 entries, three GRAMMY® nominations, eight ARIA Awards and numerous Platinum and Gold certifications worldwide. His acclaimed 2023 album, Something to Give Each Other, debuted in the Top 5 of the Billboard 200 and at No. 1 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Albums chart. The album generated more than 2.2 billion global streams and delivered career-defining tracks including “Rush,” “One of Your Girls” and “Got Me Started.” That era culminated in 2024’s SWEAT Tour alongside longtime friend and collaborator Charli xcx, further cementing Sivan’s position at the forefront of global pop.
With “She’s the Best,” Sivan begins his most personal chapter yet, celebrating the people who have shaped him while embracing the contradictions that come with growing, loving and living unapologetically. The new era builds on a career that has earned him recognition across music and culture, from GRAMMY® nominations to major fashion campaigns and screen appearances. Raised in Perth, Australia, Sivan first broke through with the EPs TRXYE and Wild before releasing Blue Neighbourhood, Bloom, In A Dream and Something to Give Each Other. His fourth studio album, She’s the Best, arrives worldwide on October 9, 2026, with its title track available now.
