Amy Perez recently accidentally shattered a tooth while hosting It’s Showtime. She stood beside Ryan Bang and had her microphone on her lips. Ryan moved causing her mic to hit her tooth, breaking it off in the process. She also disclosed what happened while hosting Umagang Kay Ganda.
In the early morning show, Amy also expressed her gratitude towards the dentist who fixed her tooth.
“Nananahimik ako sa tabi niya, nakatayo ako, tinamaan, tumama po talaga ang mic sa ipin ko.”
Amy doesn’t put any blame on Ryan. She revealed that he had apologized many times in many platforms.
“Hindi naman sinasadya ni Ryan. Nakakatawa si Ryan, nag-sorry po siya sa akin, mga Kapamilya, sa lahat ng plataporma: sa text, sa Instagram, sa tweet, pati sa plataporma de gobyerno. Kulang na lang po talaga lumubog ‘yung bata sa lupa. I love you, Ryan Bang. Hindi naman sinasadya.”
Amy thanked people who had expressed their worry.
“Okay na po ang lahat, naayos naman, nagawan ng paraan… at sa lahat ng ‘Showtime’ madlang pipol, thank you po sa inyong love and concern.”
