Columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis posted a photo of Alden Richards on her Instagram account. In the said post, she pointed out that Richards’s Victor Magtanggol never beat Coco Martin and his show, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, ratings-wise.
She, however, noted why it doesn’t matter.

In the said post, Solis expressed how extremely happy she is that Victor Magtanggol completed its intended run. She pointed out how Alden exerted effort as the lead character of the said series that is about to end on Friday, November 16.
“Natutuwa ako na natapos ng Victor Magtanggol ang napag-usapang length ng run nito Salve. Given na siyempre hindi natalo si Coco Martin, pero Alden Richards gave his all for Victor Magtanggol. The mere fact na nabuo nito ang running na nasa kontrata, ibig sabihin marami din tumangkilik dito.
“Marami din ang nagustuhan ang takbo ng istorya , at higit sa lahat naipakita ni Alden ang kakayahan niya bilang actor. Oo tanggap naman ng team VM na talagang ubod ng tibay ang kalaban programa, pero iyon ma-satisfy mo iyon hinahanap ng fans ni Alden, tama na iyon para lumigaya ang bumubuo ng Victor Magtanggol.”
Lolit acknowledged Bashers.
Solis noted that bashers can leave hate comments and she is assured that Alden will remain strong and will not be affected by any negativity.
“Sige, iyon mga nagnanais saktan damdamin ni Alden by bashing him, go ahead. Isang bagay na ikinagusto ko kay Alden iyon tatag ng loob niya at iyon kahit nasasaktan siya, makikita mo pa rin pilit niya kinakaya dahil sa pagmamahal niya sa trabaho.
“Alden is one good example of a good man, iyon faith niya sa God, pagmamahal sa pamilya, pagiging focus sa trabaho, paggalang sa mga tao sa paligid niya, siguro kung ako ang basher mahihiya ako. You don’t have the right to put down a man na ganun kabait, ikaw mismo mahihiya. Pero totoo nga, kung sino ang inaapi, pinagpapala.”
