A former Star Magic talent and the newest Kapuso star Empress Schuck, revealed that she is three months pregnant with non-showbiz boyfriend from Zamboanga Vino Guingona. She confirmed the issue through Kapuso’s talk show Startalk with a special request that only Jennylyn Mercado (her friend) should do the interview. She said she would be more comfortable if a person who also experienced the same thing will be the one who will do the interrogation.
The 22-year old actress also shared her first reaction when she first knew she is pregnant. She was with her model boyfriend that night when they immediately consulted a doctor friend about her situation. “Parang unti-unti pa lang nag-sink in sa akin. Tapos bigla akong nag-breakdown. Iyak ako talaga.” (it was just starting to sink in to me and then I just broke down crying), Empress said. It is not easy for her to accept it yet since they have been dating only for a year. She doesn’t even know how to tell the news to her parents.
Empress’ boyfriend was identified as Vino Guingona, the grandson of former Vice President Teofisto Guingona Jr. and the nephew of Senator Teofisto Guingona III.
Empress is just new to GMA Network and she is one of the cast of “Kailan Ba Tama ang Mali.” The role she is actually portraying is also pregnant that is why the staff didn’t notice it at first. But her body cannot hide it anymore.
