MayWard fans can’t wait for Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber’s upcoming concert in celebration of their third year anniversary as a love team.
The much-anticipated concert will be held on September 27, 2019 at the New Frontier Theater.
Maymay wanted to express her heartfelt gratitude for all of her blessings and unfailing support from fans on her and for her love team partner Edward. With that reason, she is dedicating her upcoming concert to her dear fans.
Nonetheless, Maymay remained modest and admitted that she felt pressured since she still lacks experience as a singer. She considers her upcoming performance for the concert as a challenge and a chance to prove to her critics.
The love team has truly gone a long way from being friends on Pinoy Big Brother: Lucky 7. Maymay, 21, and Edward,18, already have numerous TV commercials, several features in print and on TV, and a string of roles in TV series and movies.
They had their teleserye debut in the horror-action fantasy drama television series La Luna Sangre, top-billed by Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla. The starred in their debut film Loving in Tandem in 2017.
They also joined the cast of Vice Ganda’s Metro Manila Film Festival entry for 2018 Fantastica: The Princess, The Prince, and The Perya.
The latest project of Mayward is the new Kapamilya Sunday series Hiwaga ng Kambat.
Fresh from Pinoy Big Brother house, MayWard joined McDonald’s family and endorsed the new Creamy McFreeze.They also became one of the newest endorsers for Bench, Ariel with Downy Perfume, Vivo, Cornetto, and became celebrity ambassadors of Tik Tok(app).
MayWard was hailed as the Most Promising Love Team for Movies at the 50th Box Office Entertainment Awards of the Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation this year.
They also bagged the awards Best Pop Love Teens for ASAP Pop Teen Choice 2016, Best Collaboration (2017) on MOR Pinoy Music Awards for Maymay’s ‘Baliw’, PUSH Group/Tandem for Push Awards 2017, Love Team of the Year for LionhearTV RAWR Awards 2017, Ultimate Love Out Loud Pair for Star Cinema Awards 2017, Pop Love Teens 2017 for ASAP Pop Teen Choice 2017, and Awardee for Entertainment on MEGA NEW PH.
On April 28 this year, the pair successfully launched their joint album MayWard 0806 at SM SkyDome, North EDSA, Quezon City.
