SM Mall of Asia once again lighted up with a spectacular show the skies of Pasay City at the 5th Philippine International PyroMusical Competition. This would be the 5th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition’s third week of fireworks display starting from Philippines and Australia on February 15, and Spain and United Kingdom on February 22. On this third week, France and Japan were to show off their firework displays.
Considered as one of the biggest and much awaited fireworks competitions, it will be a feast of pyrotechnic spectacle showcased by participating fireworks companies from around the world. Most of the time, all I can say is ‘wow’ to show how amazed I am on this breathtaking and spectacular on the sky. Check out some of my photos taken at the event. This is the first time that my Canon 700D will take pictures of fireworks.

For those who haven’t seen it yet, they have still three more weeks to show – March 8: China – Liuyang New Year Fireworks and Germany – Vulcan Europe; March 15: Finland – Oy Pyroman Finland Ltd and Canada – Royal Pyrotechnie; March 22: USA – Atlas Pyro Vision and Philippines – Platinum Fireworks Inc.
I encourage all of you to get your tickets and watch it live with your families and friends or maybe your partner. This grand visual display of exceptional artistry and superb technical skills of spectacular and glittering fireworks coupled with synchronized musical scores is a must-see for everyone!
The 5th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition will be held every Saturday from February 15 to March 22, 2014 at SM Mall of Asia.
