Veteran entertainment reporter Lolit Solis recently received bashing on social media for belittling Kapuso actress Janine Gutierrez who reacted negatively yo news of Bong Revilla’s television comeback. Solis happens to be Revilla’s manager.
Solis just laughed off the criticism from her bashers.
On the Instagram account of Lolit Solis, @akosilolitsolis, she posted a photo along with a long caption sharing her sentiments,
She started off with her thoughts that maybe her bashers were Janine’s fans,
“Amazing, Salve. Bongga ang tinanggap kong bashing. Bugbog-sarado ako. Inisip ko nga kung fans ni Janine Gutierrez ang mga bashers ko, nanunood kaya sila ng pelikula at show ni Janine?”
Solis even reacted on the bad choice of words that her bashers chose to use on her,
“Bongga din ang sama ng mga ginagamit nilang salita, Wow na wow talaga. Lumaki ako sa squatter area ng Sampaloc but never naging ganun kabastos ang panulat ko, kahit na pinupuna ko at galit ako, never kong ginamit ang mga ganung salita.”

But one of the worst attacks that the entertainment writer received was wishing for her death,

The issue started when Janine Gutierrez reacted to news about Bong Revilla’s television comeback on her twitter account, where she retweeted GMA Network’s tweet

Lolit Solis proceeded to slam Janine, for wanting to deny Bong a second at a TV career.
“Siguro gusto ni Janine Gutierrez na mapansin ko siya Salve. The nerve na mag-negative comment siya sa TV comeback ni Bong Revilla. How can she be so cruel for a second chance to a co-actor like Bong without even thinking if not for the goodness of people she won’t be where she is today.”
Solis also belittled Janine’s career and past projects, saying the actress would not have helped Bong’s career anyway given lackluster results.
Janine later just responded with a positive message.
