- Loisa Andalio and Ronnie Alonte described how they differ from other love teams nowadays
At the presscon for James and Pat and Dave, Kapamilya actors Ronnie Alonte and Loisa Andalio—or LoiNie—were asked what they have to offer compared to other love teams.
Loisa said that the LoiNie loveteam has their first solo movie, James and Pat and Dave, unlike others who have done more.
“’Yun po ang ipinagkaiba namin,” Loisa laughingly replied.
She added, “Nagsisimula pa lang po ‘yung love team namin dahil dito sa James and Pat and Dave.”
Meanwhile, Ronnie considered their genuine romance from the start as one of their differences from other love teams who only became couples after they were paired up.
“Sa totoo lang po, totoo kami. Kami po ang magka-loveteam na totoong magdyowa.”
Ronnie said that they have also been open about their relationship with the public.
“Hindi namin itinatago kung anumang meron sa amin. And ayun, siguro, pag nagtrabaho kami, talagang trabaho,” he added.
The two stars will be seen in the James and Pat and Dave. The film, directed by Theodore Boborol, is a sequel to the 2016 hit Vince and Kath and James. They star alongside Donny Pangilinan who will play as the third party to the LoiNie loveteam.
The couple first admitted their relationship in December 2018 and have been together for three years now.
They first met on the set of It’s Showtime as Loisa was once part of GirlTrends while Ronnie joined the all-male group Hashtags.
