Former Pinoy Big Brother: 737 housemate Kamille Filoteo was once part of It’s Showtime‘s girl group, Girl Trends.
Formerly under Star Magic, Kamille is now with Viva Artists Agency, while being co-managed by Asterisk Artist Management.
During our interview, Kamille was also asked if she’s still connected with ABS-CBN.
“Meron pa rin naman po, hinde naman po ako nag clo-close ng doors. Kung may project dun why not syempre.”
One of the last projects that she had with ABS CBN was with It’s Showtime‘s GirlTrends
“Last po, with Girl Trends in Showtime. Last year pa eh. di ko na ma recall kung anong month siya.”
She also stressed that there was no problems and hard feeling when she left Girl Trends.
“Wala namana kong katampuhan po.”

Was she still part of the girl group when the viral video of out-of-sync performance of GirlTrends went viral?
Kamille immediately denied that she was still part of Girl Trends when that happened.
“Wala na po ako doon, dami nga nag message sa akin nun sabi ng mga tao. ‘Kamille, asan ka doon?’ Wala na po ako doon.”
Filoteo said that maybe the members were just nervous at that time.
“Sumakit yung ulo ko. Chars. Hindi kasi ano pag ganun naman kase ni re rehearse yun.”
After the video went viral, more members started leaving the group.
Chienna Filomeno also left GirlTrends to concentrate on her acting career.
“I’m no longer a GT po, I opt out na rin po, para mag focus sa acting naman po which is kung saan po ako nagstart. Kasi po hosting po kasi ‘yon and weak point ko po siguro.”
As of now, Kamille will be starring in two TV series on TV5, My Extra-Ordinary and Boys Next Door and a streaming lifestyle vlog show, Yeah! K! On the YouTube channel of Asterisk Digital TV.
“Gusto ko talaga yung umarte, subukan talaga na. Dati pasulpot sulpot lng ako sa MMK. which is okay rin naman.”
