According to news which is spreading like a wild fire, tabloid or broadsheet or internet, Philippine President Noynoy Aquino’s sibling Kris Aquino will be joining GMA Network whose reported offer was so hard to refuse. We’re talking about not just a big amount here, this offer was very tempting because of the position. Well, this is just a rumor. Still unconfirmed because there’s no official statement yet from Kris and also from GMA Network.
Well, late last year, for the promotions of “My Little Bossings,” Kris again expressed her desire to handle this kind of executive job and her contract with ABS-CBN has already expired recently.
If this will happen this year, this will be some sort of a homecoming for we all know, Kris was one of the original hosts of GMA Network’s longest-running showbiz talk show “Startalk” in the 90’s before transferring to ABS-CBN as host of “The Buzz.” Aside from “Startalk”, Kris also hosted a daily lifestyle show in the Kapuso station called “Kris” from 1994 to 1996.
