Actor Kristoffer Martin, and actress Liezel Lopez, shed light on the rumors of their budding romance.
In an interview for the cast of the new Kapuso teleserye, Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat, the two clarified the real score between them.
Martin admitted that he and Lopez grew close during the taping of the series. He also added that they talked about stuff.
“Naging close talaga kami, we talked about stuff. We talked talaga. So kung ano man yung deeper meaning, I’m (going to) talk on behalf of Liezel na ha, kasi ayaw na rin nya magsalita kasi ayaw nya ng issue,” said Martin.
He also veered away from the rumor by saying that they both have an understanding.
“Ayaw ko rin naman. We talked. She understands, and I do understand. Dun ko na yun iiwan. We talked, we always talk.”
As for Lopez, she said that the cast built a good relationship. She also added that she is happy with her life.
“Well yeah, Actually maganda yung na-build naming relationship sa locked-in everyone po. And, I’m happy, and we’re (very) lucky with each other.
“With my life po, I’m very, very happy with my life,” said Lopez.
Martin recently revealed his four-year-old daughter via 24-Oras, with his fellow Kapuso stars showing support to the actor.
Martin and Lopez star in the upcoming teleserye, Babawiin ko Ang Lahat. The series introduces Pauline Mendoza in her first leading role.
The cast also includes Carmina Villarroel, Tanya Garcia-Lapid, Neil Ryan Sese, Dave Bornea, Therese Malvar, Manolo Pedrosa, Tanya Gomez, Gio Alvarez, and John Estrada.
The series airs this February 22, 2021, on GMA Afternoon Prime.
