A new character has arrived on Kalyeserye on Wednesday.
It turned out, Alden Richards has a super rich grandmother based in Russia. Alden’s lola is played by the funny AiAi Delas Alas. She was overdressed for the occasion. She dressed like a Queen. But no one can stop her from doing what a Doña wants, right?
AiAi Delas Alas’ character is Doña Barbara Leticia Rockefeller viuda de Faulkerson. In short, Lola Babah. She went to the Philippines to visit Alden. She wants to spend more time with him and so she asked Lola Nidora to stop pressuring Alden from looking for the ring. Yes, the very important ring which Alden lost at the Eat Bulaga studio.
No one knows where it is or who took it. But there was Lola Babah to the rescue. Since it was her birthday yesterday, she took advantage of it. She used her birthday to persuade Lola Nidora to forget about the 24-hour deadline for finding the precious ring.
AiAi is such a great, funny and witty comedienne. She made the audience laugh non-stop. All her jokes won the hearts of the people. But there is one problem. At first, Lola Babah seemed to be an antagonist but later on, she seemed fine and kind. Is she really just in the country to visit Alden? Or she’s here to stay?
Before Kalyerserye ended, she had a cliff-hanger question for Lola Nidora. She asked Lola Nidora when her birthday is. But the famous horn interrupted Lola Nidora from further talking to Lola Babah. Was it a hint that Lola Babah will be present at Lola Nidora’s surprise birthday party this Saturday?
