Yeng Constantino and Ryan Bang were shocked by each other’s confession in relation to the past romantic ties between them.
In the live episode of It’s Showtime on Friday, January 28, Yeng was invited to the show as a semi-regular judge of the Tawag ng Tanghalan segment.
One contestant admitted that she was hesitant to enter a relationship because she feared getting hurt.
Yeng agreed with the contestant saying that people can still get hurt even by the person they are not in a relationship with. She then mentioned Ryan Bang’s name which shocked the It’s Showtime hosts.
“Minsan, kahit hindi mo nga naging jowa, e, basta nagparamdam na sa ‘yo tapos biglang nawala, naku, napakasakit talaga.
“‘Di ba, Ryan?” Yeng quipped.
Ryan then shared that Yeng is his first crush and that he courted the singer back in 2010.
“Unang crush ko kasi si Yeng. [Year] 2010, ‘no, Yeng? Nanligaw ako kay Yeng,” he said.
Ryan’s co-host, Vice Ganda, then asked how their blooming relationship ended, but Yeng clarified that she never rejected Ryan.
“Hindi kita binasted! Hindi kita binasted noon,” she told Bang. “Tumigil na lang siya magpadala ng kape.”
But Yeng noted that her feelings for Ryan are now different as she is already married to Victor Asuncion since 2015.
“Siyempre ngayon, iba na, may asawa na ako. Pero noong time na ‘yun, kilig na kilig talaga ako sa kaniya,” said Yeng.
On the following day, on January 29, Ryan and Yeng talked on-air again, where Ryan admitted that he thought about the ‘what ifs’ with his relationship with Yeng.
