With the intense scenes resulting in the deaths of some major characters, is FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano heading towards its end?
In its Wednesday, July 13 episode, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano showed the death of 3 major characters, including Gen. Delfin Borja, who has been part of the series from the start.
In the episode titled Dalamhati, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano bids farewell to Lolo Delfin played by Jaime Fabregas after he sacrificed himself to save Cardo Dalisay.
Aside from Lolo Delfin, Lucas, played by Joseph Marco, was also killed in a gunfight with Lolita (Rosanna Roces) as he tried to cover for Aurora (Sharon Cuneta).
The episode also saw the death of Lucas’ brother Samuel played by Michael Flores. Samuel was brutally killed by Cardo using the Katipunero bolo given by Ramona.
Sharon’s character Aurora meanwhile, was initially thought dead after being shot by Armando (John Estrada). However, the following day’s episode saw Aurora still alive and being treated by Gen. Oligario (Angel Aquino) and Major Opena (Shaina Magdayao).
With the death of these major characters, many are again speculating that FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano might end very soon.
However, it has always been a constant rumor that FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano is nearing its end whenever there are big and shocking scenes.
FPJAP has been subjected to a lot of speculations for almost seven years on air regarding its finale, but all have been dispelled, making FPJAP stronger.
And also, ABS-CBN is already showing teasers of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s 7th year, which most likely will usher in a new season for the country’s longest-running teleserye.
