Get to know the Pinoys who entered Seoul International Drama Awards.
Filipino artists are going international as some were nominated for the Seoul International Drama Awards 2022.
The SDA is an annual award ceremony in Seoul that honors excellence in television drama. It is one of the much-awaited award-giving bodies in South Korea.
Some of the nominated Filipino artists include Andrea Torres, Bianca Umali, and Dennis Trillo, nominated for the Outstanding Asian Star category.
The three of them starred in the Kapuso series Legal Wives’, also nominated in SDA for the TV Movie category.
Another Kapuso artist nominated for the Outstanding Asian Star category is Dingdong Dantes. His series I Can See You: Alter-Nate is also nominated for the TV Movie category.
Kapamilya love team Donny Pangilinan and Belle Mariano are also nominated for the Outstanding Asian Star category.

Other Filipino artists nominated for Outstanding Asian category include Jodi Sta. Maria, Zanjoe Marudo, Dimples Romana, Bianca Umali, Charlie Dizon, Maris Racal, Sylvia Sanchez, Cris Villanueva, Dennis Trillo, Jake Cuenca and Kaila Estrada.
The winners will be awarded in Seoul Drama Awards ceremony in Seoul, to be broadcast on KBS 2TV on September 22.
