Sen. Grace Poe, on Monday, August 15, hinted about the return of Cardo Dallisay, answering the looming question from a previous LionhearTV article.
A week before the show aired its final episode, Coco Martin implied FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano’s (FPJAP) return in a not-so-distant future.
“Sana po ay magkasama-sama tayong muli,” he said in his promotional video “Pasasalamat.”
The finale also had Dalisay (Martin) expressing his thoughts about his hope to find the love of his life. But as he drives along the road of Ilocos, he sees Mara (Julia Montes) gazing at the sea. The scene ends with Dalisay and Mara together.
Though it was a sweet ending, it posed a question: Will Cardo and Mara find a peaceful life?
The audience may find the answer soon as Sen. Poe, on her Instagram, wrote something about it.
Recently posted on the Senator’s Instagram, she first thanked the overwhelming support that the show received.
“Taos-pusong pasasalamat sa bumubuo ng Ang Probinsyano sa pagpapanatiling buhay sa alaala ni FPJ at sa pagpapasaya kay Susan Roces sa kanyang huling papel bilang Lola Flora. Sa loob ng pitong taon, naging bahagi kayo ng buhay ng sambayang Pilipino.”
Sen. Poe then teased, “Ano kaya ang susunod na kabanata sa buhay ni Cardo Dalisay? Abangan!”
