After being hurt on social media last election season, award-winning TV talk show host Boy Abunda promised to help GMA Network artists with their issues this time.
“I will help the stars of GMA,” Abunda emphasized on January 14 during his media conference for his upcoming show.
Fast Talk With Boy Abunda will highlight interviews with the featured celebrity of the day. From this, Abunda will help the stars handle the negative issues attached to them.
He interjected, “It is important that we have the power to open or close our doors on our hearts to anything that we feel is worthy or unworthy of our attention.”
In the first week of Abunda’s new show’s broadcast on GMA, a formidable roster of Kapuso celebrities will appear as his guests.
Primetime Queen Marian Rivera, who is currently on break, will be the show’s first guest when it premieres. It will also be available on streaming platforms, including Facebook and YouTube, on Monday, January 23.
“I would like to thank Marian for her trust in me. She is on temporary hiatus but she was so nice to give in to my request,” the award-winning host said.
Tuesday’s show will feature an interview with actress and singer Glaiza de Castro. Alden Richards, Asia’s Multimedia Actress will meet Abunda on January 25. The former Kapamilya-turned-Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo on January 26.
The Bubble Gang actor Paolo Contis is the seasoned TV host’s guest on Friday. The King of Talk stated that he is highly hands-on based on his first week’s guest roster for his talk program.
He pointed “You know me. I call people, I plead to them, if necessary. I am not going to depend on my staff or my bosses. I want this show to work and I want the biggest names and the biggest stories to be there on my first week.”
