Kirsty Bennet, official representative and judge from Guinness’ Wold Records, together with Don Ayala de Zobel and all distinguished guests formally announced that the Philippines, though the Move to the Vibe of Glorietta is the new record holder with having the most number of people walking on a catwalk. Move to the Vibe of Glorietta registered 2,255 models in a catwalk, beating Istanbul, Turkey with 1,967 models on a catwalk. Not included in the count are the disqualified 47 people who didn’t make it to the standards.
Clothes showcased are from merchants that can be found in the Glorietta mall.
Famous local artists also graced the catwalk. Among them are Maricar De Mesa, Sam Milby, The Company, Denise Laurel, Divine Lee, Victor Basa, Geneva Cruz, Bianca Gonzales, Kris Lawrence and many more. Also in the catwalk are some fashion bloggers – Dior, Shen, Martha, Krissy, Jheng and some others.
International sensation Kylie Patrick of the Click Five and rockstar Bamboo serenaded the crowd with their songs while the models are out to continue this catwalk record.
With that alone, confetti started to pop out everywhere and everyone were clapping and screaming and hauling with such pride and excitement.
