- Comedienne Aiai delas Alas has finally clarified the speculations about her return to ABS-CBN.

Aiai delas Alas’ exclusive contract with GMA Network will expire in July 2017, but according to Abante, the Concert Comedy Queen will still continue doing her Kapuso shows — “Sunday PinaSaya” and “Hay Bahay”.
In one of her interviews, the 52-year-old had shut down rumors about her return to ABS-CBN.
However, she stressed she’s not closing her doors for other opportunities outside the Kapuso network. Aiai stated, “‘Yung speculations na ‘yon, siyempre, hindi naman ako nagsasara ng pintuan pero andami ko rin gagawin.
“May gagawin ako na movie sa Star Cinema pero it doesn’t mean na lilipat ako sa ABS-CBN at ang alam ko, may bago akong show na gagawin sa GMA 7.”
Meanwhile, Regal Film matriarchs Mother Lily and Roselle Monteverde are looking for a good script that they could give to Aiai.
According to some reports, the Concert Comedy Queen and the production firm have agreed to release another film next year due to the success of Aiai’s latest film, “Our Mighty Yaya”.
Aiai’s comedy flick grossed more than P35 million on its first week and still showing in cinemas nationwide.
