Singer Jovit Baldivino has has broken his silence over her former girlfriend’s accusations that he was cheating on her.
The breakup started when Shara Chavez, the girlfriend of Jovit for almost two-years, posted screenshots of his alleged cheating on her personal Facebook account.
The post eventually became viral that caught up the attention of some entertainment sites. Shara eventually revealed that she and Jovit have split up. She also added that the singer was the one said they they are never getting back together as a couple.
On a Facebook post, Jovit shared his side with his followers and to some non-fans. The Kapamilya singer has insisted that he did not do anything wrong.
He wrote: “Kalmado lang kami lahat, Family ko Relatives ko mga kaibigan ko, kasi ayaw namin na mas lalo pang lumaki yan, at ayaw din namin magsalita ng masasakit na bagay sa mga taong mapanghusga, basta andito pa din ako nakatayo at paninindigan ko, namin, na wala kaming ginawang masama.”
Jovit also pointed that he once made some mistake in his life; however, he learned from it. “Minsan nagkamali ako, nagsisi, pero pinilit kong ibangon ang lahat ng bagay na nagkulang ako, kasi hindi ako masamang tao alam ng karamihan yan, pero kung naniniwala kayo sa bagay na yan,” he claimed.
According to Jovit, it was his fans who suggested to him to remain humble all the time. Hence, he has stayed close to his fans. This probably made Jovit and her supposed fangirl became closer together.
Jovit emphasized, “Wala naman ako magagawa kasi hindi ko naman po hawak ang mga pagiisip nyo, kayo naman din po ang dahilan kung bakit ako nabubuhay at kung bakit ako andito sa kung ano man ako ngayon, at kayo din ang nagsabi na wag kang magbabago sana laging nakatapak ang paa sa lupa, at wag masyado snobero sa fans at sa lumalapit para humingi ng tulong, kahit kelan hindi ko po nagawang magdamot sa mga bagay na yan.”
Nevertheless, Jovit remains thankful to God for the talent which made him the superstar he is today. In the end, the singer appealed to netizens to rethink before judging him.
He said, “Masaya ako sa ipinahiram na talento sa akin ni god, at masaya din ako na pinasasaya ko kayo bawat pagtatanghal ko sa entablado, pero ito lang ang masasabi ko sa inyo, magisip muna kayo bago kayo manghusga kasi hindi po kayo ang batas para husgahan ako ng ganun ganun na lang, Maraming Salamat po inyong lahat na patuloy na naniniwala at nagmamahal sa akin,, God Bless always.”
Meanwhile, Shara deleted her post regarding some details of their breakup on her Facebook account.
