ABS-CBN and GMA Network once again joined forces for another historic collaboration with ‘PBB Collab 2.0,’ this time spotlighting teen stars from Star Magic and Sparkle. Following the success of the first PBB Celebrity Collab edition, the latest installment kicked off with strong numbers, according to the Nielsen NUTAM People survey.
On Saturday, October 26, PBB Collab 2.0 premiered with an impressive 8.0% rating, immediately securing the number 2 spot on the overall leaderboard, just behind ‘Pepito Manaloto,’ which led the day with 9.3%.
However, the momentum dipped on its second day, Sunday, October 27, when the show dropped to 4.0%, sliding down to number 5 on the ratings chart.
It’s worth noting that the pilot of PBB Collab 2.0 came in slightly lower compared to the debut of the first collab edition earlier this year. Back on March 9, 2025, ‘PBB Celebrity Collab’ edition opened stronger with 8.6%, and its second day on March 10 posted 5.1%, both higher than the current run.
Despite the slight ratings dip, PBB Collab 2.0 proved its massive reach online, raking in 259,778 combined peak concurrent views across all digital platforms where it streamed.
With this kind of digital traction, the latest collab shows that the Kapamilya-Kapuso partnership continues to capture audiences both on television and online, making it one of the most talked-about cross-network projects of the year.
