Far Eastern University (FEU) has reaffirmed its leadership in Philippine nursing education by producing 927 newly licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) in the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Examination. This milestone underscores the university’s expanding role in strengthening the nation’s healthcare workforce through quality instruction, rigorous clinical preparation, international benchmarking, and a student-centered approach to learning.
The latest results reflect FEU’s strong and steady performance in nursing education. The university posted a 99.14 percent passing rate for first-time takers and a 98.93 percent overall performance, with Patricia Rose Alcoriza securing the Top 5 spot after earning a rating of 93 percent.
“As the demand for Filipino nurses continues to grow locally and globally, FEU remains committed to preparing graduates who carry skill, compassion, and professionalism wherever they serve,” said Dr. Moira Uy, dean of Institute of Nursing. “This achievement reflects our mission to develop future-ready health professionals who uplift communities and exemplify the values of the Tamaraw.”

With one of the largest cohorts of nursing students in the country, FEU continues to invest in advanced simulation laboratories, updated curricula, and mentoring systems, which help students build competence and confidence.
