“Angelito: Batang Ama” was the most watched program nationwide in its time slot last week based on recent data from Kantar Media. From Feb 27 to Mar 2, the afternoon soap registered an average national TV rating of 13.2% vs rival program “The Good Daughter” which rated at 12.5%.
Even in the online world, the show continuously creates a buzz among netizens as they follow the struggles of young dad Angelito (JM De Guzman). It is also consistently trending on micro-blogging site Twitter.
