Today, May 29, five months after the real-life court drama between the prosecution and defense counsels, the Senator judges, Supreme Court CJ Renato Corona and his family, the Philippine Senate is expected to release its much-awaited verdict on Chief Justice Renato Corona Impeachment Trial case.
Sixteen votes are required to unseat Corona and eight votes to acquit. There are 23 senators in attendance for the Impeachment trial.
