TV5 feels that the decision of the Movie and Television Review Classification Board (MTRCB) to suspend their public affairs program “T3: Kapatid, Sagot Kita” for 20 days is a violation for press freedom. Below is TV5‘s official statement regarding this matter:

“Despite MTRCB’s ruling, we will still wait for the resolution of our petition which we filed before the Court of Appeals. We still feel that MTRCB’s action is a violation of press freedom.”
