It’s been __months since “Kusina Master” aired on TV and it never fails us to expect more from the “Kusina Master” himself, Chef Boy Logro. In a sit-down interview with him, he is very grateful for GMA Network for giving him this show where he was able to show . He told us (the bloggers) hishumble begginings which is really inspiring.
“Kusina Master” is supposed to be a 15-minute cooking show but because of its success in ratings game, GMA Network extended the time from 15 minutes to 30 minutes on its second season and now, its running time is 45 minutes. Aside from the extension of airtime, it also introduces new segments that the viewers will surely love.
“Master Express” segment showcases Chef Boy’s culinary expertise. It started with a five minute cooking challenge where Chef Boy is given mystery ingredients which he will cook within five minute time frame. Finished or not finished, he will serve the dish. “Master Express” has leveled up into a market basket challenge where the celebrities were the ones who choose defferent combination of ingredients that they want Chef Boy to cook.
“Master Cook-Along” is the segment where big stars cook side by side with Chef Boy. This segment also offers the viewers to learn some cooking recipes in a step-by-step procedure demonstrated by Chef Boy.
“Master’s Fiesta Dish” segment features Chef Boy’s signature dishes. In this Chef Boy cooks savory dishes for a celebrity guest using a variety of cooking technique that amazes everyone watching.
