Luis Alandy’s “Magpakailanman” beats Enrique Gil’s “MMK”

The episode entitled “Nasayang na Jackpot: The Dionie Reyes Story” portrayed by Luis Alandy as Dionie together with multi-awarded actress Ms. Jaclyn Jose as Minda, Dionie’s wife, was undoubtedly preferred by more viewers, according to data from the industry’s widely trusted ratings service provider Nielsen TV Audience Measurement.

Based on overnight household ratings data recorded in National Urban Phils for May 4, 2013, Magpakailanman scored an average household rating of 24.9 percent versus ABS-CBN’s Maalaala Mo Kaya (MMK) with 21 percent. In Urban Luzon, it scored 28.1 percent compared to MMK’s 18.3 percent while in Mega Manila, Magpakailanman posted an even bigger margin with 30.6 percent against MMK’s 16.3 percent.
