The GMA drama anthology hosted by veteran journalist Mel Tiangco is featuring this Saturday the real-life story of Dionie Reyes, a poor man who hit the P14-million jackpot in the lottery but squanders all of his newfound fortune in just three months, leaving himself poorer than a stray dog once again.
As the Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” says it, “Easy come, easy go.”
The episode, entitled “Nasayang na Jackpot: The Dionie Reyes Story,” stars Luis Alandy and Ms. Jaclyn Jose, with Dexter Doria, Jay R and Karen delos Reyes. It is written by Jason John Lim and directed by Ricky Davao.
“Magpakailanman” airs every Saturday after “Vampire ang Daddy Ko” on GMA-7.
