Louise delos Reyes will play the role of Alona and Perlas, twins who are born with unusual features — one with gills behind her ears and the other with a mermaid’s tail. Due to unfortunate circumstances in their family, the two will led separate lives. Their paths will eventually cross again and will compete for the love of Kevin (Aljur).
Delos Reyes said she had several training in preparation for “Kambal Sirena.” Aside from acting workshops with Pen Medina, director Dondon Santos and actress Anna Feleo, she also had swimming lessons and now holds a professional diving license.
Other cast-members of “Kambal Sirena” includes Chanda Romero, Angelika dela Cruz, Pancho Magno, Polo Ravales, Wyn Marquez, Mickey Ferriols, Tessie Tomas, Catherine Ochoa Perez, Nova Villa, Lotlot de Leon, Rich Asuncion, Gladys Reyes, Mike Tan and Aljur Abrenica.
“Kambal Sirena” will air weeknights beginning March 10 on GMA Telebabad after “24 Oras.”
