It was reported last year that Piolo Pascual and Sarah Geronimo will star in a Valentine’s movie this year under Star Cinema and Viva Films but the movie did not push through. Then finally, it’s a go!
Dan Villegas, the same director behind the blockbuster movie “English Only, Please,” will helm this movie titled “The Breakup Playlist.” The film is said to take on the rom-com genre just like Sarah’s previous movies with another Kapamilya actor John Lloyd Cruz.
Piolo admitted in his past interviews that he has dreamed of working with the singer-actress so he is excited for the movie. Well, Sarah is obviously inlove right now with Matteo Gauidicelli. Let’s just wait and see how will the fans take this loveteam and how this movie will fare in the box office.
