After the much sensationalized labor concern raised by TAG, the Chairman and CEO of GMA Nerwork is all smiles lately as he officially announced that the company’s financial performance from January to May has significantly increased and has outperformed the Q1 of 2014.
The 11% imporvement from last year’s first quarter is what’s making Mr. Gozon beam in delight. In his speech last Saturday during the Kapuso Family Day, he proudly mentioned how happy he is with the outcome.
He described GMA-7 as booming, “Not just good but booming!”
Gozon is predicting positive results to continue to happen as the election period comes to its peak.
“Mukhang mapapanatili pa natin ang performance na ito, lalo na at sinimulan na ang pagpasok ng political advocacy ng mga kandidato,” he added.
“Ngayon pa lamang, ang mga gustong kumandidato ay naglalabas na ng mga advertisement, pero hindi ko na babanggitin kung sinong mga epal na iyan.”
Great shows and concepts are being lobbied to advertisers. The first-ever musical reality show of GMA ‘To The Top’ and ‘Starstruck’ are what reality TV enthusiasts should look out for.
The drama continues as ‘Marimar 2015’, ‘Buena Familia’, ‘Little Mommy’, ‘My Faithful Husband’ and ‘Beautiful Strangers’ will stir the Filipino viewers’ emotions. The kiligserye of Bianca Miguel loveteam is on its way and the much anticipated possible team up of Alden Richards and Janine Gutierrez is going to happen, very soon.
