She may be ABS-CBN chief content officer but she’s also an actor and it’s great to see Madam Charo Santos-Concio back in acting.

Charo Santos-Concio just finished doing a movie titled “Ang Babaeng Humayo” under the helm of Lav Diaz, the director behind the 8-hour-film “Hele Sa Hiwagang Hapis” starring Kapamilya prized talents John Lloyd Cruz and Piolo Pascual.
Cinema One, ABS-CBN’s movie channel on cable, is the producer of Charo and Lav’s latest film collaboration, which also stars Michael de Mesa, John Lloyd Cruz, Nonie Buencamino and Shamaine Buencamino.
Her last movie was “Esperanza: The Movie” released in 1999 where she played the role of as Isabel Salgado, the mother of Esperanza, played by Judy Ann Santos.
The only question now is, how many hours will it be if it’s under Direk Lav?
