Though everyone knows it’s really Vice Ganda who started the #TrumpetsChallenge craze in the Philippines, Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, popularly known as the AlDub loveteam got the credits especially in the eyes of its original composer. Hats off to fans for always tagging and flodding the timeline of Sak Noel for them to get noticed by the Spanish composer.
On Twitter yesterday (June 9), Spanish composer Sak Noel tagged Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza and asked if he should do the latest dance craze called #TrumpetsChallenge with them.
The Spanish composer got noticed through mentions of the AlDub Nation, still the loveteam’s strength.
Alden and Maine immediately replied to Sak Noel’s challenge. Challenge accepted!
The ‘Trumpets’ song is really just the usual club music but it captured the attention of Filipinos because of Vice Ganda’s flamboyant dance ‘grinding’ to it. Unfortunately, AlDub Nation has more time to tweet the original composer and voila, they’ve got his attention!
