The Alden Richards-Maine Mendoza movie “Imagine You & Me” reportedly grossed ₱12 million as of 6:00pm on its first day of showing yesterday. The box office estimate was confirmed by GMA Network’s official Twitter account as posted last night.
The box office result of AlDub movie is expected to rake higher in the coming days as weekend is coming and it’s an advantage for the AlDub starrer as people will have more time to watch the film.

Titled “Imagine You & Me,” the movie was shot in Italy. In the movie, Alden and Maine play Gara and Andrew, whose paths cross in that country. Gara has a familiar predicament. She’s “NBSB” – No Boyfriend Since Birth.
Prior to “Imagine You & Me,” Alden and Maine appeared in the movie “My Bebe Love: #KiligPaMore” where Maine won the Best Supporting Award in last year’s MMFF. This is the first movie where they have starring roles.
