Janella Salvador’s self-titled album reaches platinum status

Janella Salvador has just added another milestone for her career as an artist.

Janella, who is currently shooting for the horror flick “Bloody Crayons”, posted a photo of two plaques on her Instagram.

The plaques revealed that her self-titled album has reached not just gold, but platinum status.

Based on Philippine Association of the Record Industry, a platinum status could be achieved if an artist sells at least 15,000 copies of his album.

The 18-year-old who will celebrate her birthday on March 30 said the platinum certification was “one of the best birthday gifts ever.”

She then thanked all the fans who supported her music and promised she will improve as a singer.

Meanwhile, aside from the film “Bloody Crayons”, Janella is set to star in the Regal Film movie “My Fairy Tail Love Story” with her on-screen partner Elmo Magalona.

Congratulations, Janella Salvador! This achievement deserves a celebration.
