Either AGB Nielsen or Kantar Media, no one can’t deny that “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” is still the most successful currently-airing teleserye on Philippine Television. Even during the time of “Encantadia,” a TV executive of GMA Network admitted that they have found difficult to beat Coco Martin’s “Ang Probinsyano” in rating games.
That’s why, for Aljur Abrenica who’s with GMA Network for more than a decade, it’s an honor to be part of the series topbilled by Coco Martin. Even if he said in the previous interviews when he’s still with GMA Network that he’s already done doing sexy roles, he still did it for “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.”
He explained, “Sa atin, bilang pong isang artista, kahit ano pong ipagawa sa akin, gagawin ko. Pero depende na rin po, siyempre, pupunta po tayo sa usapan ng management at saka ng proyekto kung hanggang saan yung pupuntahan.”
