Mundipharma Philippines’ flagship Betadine introduces new products

Global pharmaceutical firm Mundipharma has been a helping hand to those in need around the world. Their presence in the Philippines is very well felt through their flagship brand BETADINE, which provides products we all are accustomed to when it comes to healing wounds.

Now, Mundipharma is increasing their reach when it comes to personal health care. In a product launch on August 30 at EDSA Shangrila in Taguig, BETADINE expanded their portfolio with a brand new line of products that will cater to their consumers’ needs in hygiene.

The event was hosted by “I Heart Davao” actor Tom Rodriguez, who arrived in a dashing suit and tie.

Povidone-Iodine (BETADINE® ) Dry Powder Spray for wound care and PovidoneIodine (BETADINE® )

Throat Spray for throat and oral care in innovative delivery formats to meet the needs of consumers seeking antimicrobial remedies at home or on-the-go.

BETADINE® Cold Defense Nasal Spray

A first-of-its-kind product that offers all-natural, non-drug, non-steroidal formulation that attacks common colds at the source, shortening the duration of illness by up to two days.

BETADINE® Fresh Bliss®

Daily Feminine Wash will expand the company’s footprint in the feminine wash category. BETADINE® Fresh Bliss® Daily Feminine Wash has Gentle Defense Lactic Acid and Anti-itch Avena Oats for gentle daily cleansing and protection.

Mundipharma Philippines Country Manager, Gerry Arnedo, passionately talked about the company’s support to its extended BETADINE® product range for an increased distribution footprint in key urban areas nationwide, starting with the greater Manila area, followed by Cebu and Davao.

“As well as extended distribution, other investment areas include a focus on talent acquisition and training as well as the integration of digital apps and online information to improve access and education of healthcare professionals.
