As a veteran comedian-actor-TV host, Vic Sotto gave an advice to the ‘Phenomenal Star’ Maine Mendoza on what she is going through right now. The 22-year old actress is currently having a vacation in the U.S after her controversial open letter to the fans.
“I’m trying.I’ve been in the business, and I’ve been in the business for so many years.
“Kapag mahal mo ang ginagawa mo, kahit anong pagdaanan mo, e, kakayanin mo.
“We cannot judge. We cannot judge anyone for that matter. Me, I cannot judge,” he said.
Vic said she respects Maine’s feelings and decision to temporarily have a break from showbiz.
“Basta ako, nirerespeto ko kung anuman ang maging desisyon niya. “Wala naman kasi akong social media kaya hindi ko alam ang nangyayari, e. Nakiki-update lang ako kay Pauleen,” he stated.
Furthermore, Vic believes that AlDub will always have a spot in the hearts of Filipino viewers. He even compared the ‘Phenomenal Love Team’ to the love team of Guy and Pip.
“Wala namang makakabuwag dun. AlDub is AlDub. Bakit, yung Guy & Pip ba, kinalimutan niyo na? Hindi, hindi naman. Nandiyan na yun, forever na nandiyan na yun. Nakatatak na sa mga puso natin. Hindi na mawawala yun.” he ended.
