In an Instagram Live, Heart Evangelista revealed her bullying experience in high school which became the reason of her drop-out. She also added that she would read harsh comments about her written on wall and that she had experienced eating lunch inside a bathroom.
Even in the showbiz industry, Heart experienced bullying from an actress. She continued that she felt fearful of confronting the situation. Sometimes the situation would flip over and make her seem to be on the wrong side. Heart has no fear on revealing the issue as it had happened seven years ago.
Heart declared that she has no fear anymore.
“I don’t care. I am not afraid anymore.”
Heart didn’t want to reveal the issue just to drag somebody down. Although she just wanted to show that amid the bullying, she became a good person. She also didn’t want to create a war between fans and that she didn’t want to care about what others would say.
Heart also added that she has already moved and already forgave. However, she will never forget traumatic experiences. Many netizens also speculated that Heart may be describing a bullying experience from Marian Rivera. However, Heart clarified that
“At the end of the day, it’s not about who did it to me. It’s about what I went through and how I’ve grown stronger from this traumatizing experience. I simply shared this for a bigger picture—a stand against bullying and harassment.”
