Their previous movie “She’s Dating the Gangster” earned 15-million on its first day while “Barcelona, A Love Untold” grossed 23-million.
“Can’t Help Falling in Love” earned 33 million in 300 theaters nationwide when it was opened on a Black Saturday.

The movie “Crazy Beautiful You” was also released on a holiday and made 38 million on its first day.
The most recent one “The Hows of Us” earned almost 36 million on its first day despite being released on an ordinary day.
Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla really proved their worth. And no one is prouder than the director of the movie herself – Cathy Garcia-Molina.
Now that KathNiel is planning to make separate projects in the meantime to prove that they can work independently as artists, the history that The Hows of Us is making will be a tough act to follow for other screen tandems.
“The Hows of Us” has earned rave reviews by reputable critics as well as the highest rating from the Cinema Evaluation Board.
