GMA’s upcoming sitcom “Daddy’s Girl” already started taping. The title is still tentative and GMA is yet to announce the official title.
Starring in “Daddy’s Girl” are Vic Sotto and Maine Mendoza who have been playing father-and-daughter for years. Kapuso comedian Wally Bayola was also announced as part of the cast.
The show will be directed by Chris Martinez. He was the same director of Vic Sotto’s 2017 MMFF entry with Dawn Zulueta.
There is no final cast yet but aside from Wally, Angelika dela Cruz is also rumored to join the sitcom.
The unofficial airing date is this upcoming October.
