“Nang Ngumiti ang Langit” will stream its pilot episode via TFC Online

ABS-CBN offers another touching story of a child who will remind viewers of the importance of forgiveness in the new series, “Nang Ngumiti Ang Langit“, which will be seen in most countries outside the Philippines via The Filipino Channel (TFC), with its pilot episode streaming simulcast its local airing via TFC Online on March 25 at 11:30 A.M. (Manila time).

Directed by FM Reyes and Marinette Natividad-de Guzman, “Nang Ngumiti ang Langit” is led by premier actors RK BagatsingCristine ReyesKaye AbadEnzo PinedaPilar PilapilCes QuesadaMatet de Leon, and Keempee de Leon. Also joining the daytime series are child stars Heart RamosMiguel Vergara and Krystal Mejes.

Viewers will get to see a new face that will light up their day in Mikmik (Sophia Reola), an enthusiastic girl who grows up with her loving mother Ella (Abad).

Their happy life will change when Ella finds out she has leukemia. In her pursuit to help her mother live,Mikmik learns about the truth that her mother is an illegitimate child of the Salvador clan, one of the wealthiest families in the country.

Mikmik tries to ask for help from Divina (Pilar Pilapil), the Salvador matriarch, but she will be turned down until Ella dies. Mikmik then decides to live with the Salvadors in the hope of finding acceptance and the love she has received from her deceased mother.

But as soon as Mikmik steps in the house of the SalvadorsDivina and Katrina (Reyes) make Mikmik pay for the sins of her father, Michael (Bagatsing), who is the son of their mortal enemy and was accused of killing Divina‘s son and Katrina‘s husband, Eric (Rafa Siguion-Reyna).

Another unforgettable story will be offered under the production of Ruel S. Bayani, who is behind the highly talked about series “Wildflower”, “Hawak Kamay”, “Langit Lupa”, “Two Wives”, “Pasion de Amor”, “Halik”, “Precious Hearts Romance Presents: Araw Gabi”, and “Magpahanggang Wakas”.
